I believe there should be congucal visits in prison. Maybe the prisoners won't be as stressed. Maybe this will give this some human contact that they are looking for. Please approve conjugal visits.. this special bonding between a man and his wife is not only PROVEN to strengthen the relationship but it is PROVEN to benefit ones health..it is a sin to commit adultry yet THOUSANDS of women and men are not able to have have that bond with husband/wife because our state will not add that option...i strongly believe there will be less behavioural issues in the prisons if the inmates were given the opportunity to earn this privilage..REPORT COMMENTS
