These children deserve a chance in life while their bio parents keep getting chances and do nothing. Let's put the children first!! Let's do whats in the best interest of the child, they don't ask to be put in these positions. They shouldn't spend forever in foster care! -

As a foster parent I've watched first hand as bio parents disregard their case plans, abandon their children for months on end, continuously fail drug tests, etc....and yet continue to be afforded time and opportunities. Meanwhile the child lives in limbo and confusion. They're denied the opportunity to have a permanent home with stability, safety, and unconditional love. All while tax payer dollars are spent to protect the parents that choose not to do what's best for the children they brought into this world.REPORT COMMENTS

Please, give the foster care system some much needed attention. While I support reunification, I don't support parents being given unlimited time to get it together; especially when, after multiple court appearances and 18months of opportunity, they show no inclination of moving forward.
