It has always blown my mind by how flawed the system is. What makes it a greater tragedy is that if these kids where dogs people would be in uproar. It would be on the news, we would have some go fund me page and it would be all over FB. I even believe that most shelters black ball people who have neglected a dog in the past but as a society we turn a blind eye when it come to the neglect of children. Maybe every neglected child should come with a free neglected dog. -

As a foster parent, we see 1st hand the damage being done to these innocent children. I'm all for reunification if it's healthy and safe for the children. Please.....when the child is waiting for 2 years for the parents to get it together and it hasn't happened, then most likely it never will. In the meantime that child continues to feel insecure, unsafe, unwanted and unworthy. Please stop the madness and give the rights to life to the children !!!!REPORT COMMENTS
