We went through the process of adopting through the foster program and it was awful....the bio-parents have ALL the rights and the kids have next to none....there definitely need to be some changes to protect these kiddos! Please demand changes for all agencies to follow. -

As a foster parent, I have seem the negative reprecussions of children lingering in care, & it must stop. The Adoption Safe Family Act is for children's emotional, mental, & physical long term protection & should be enforced. Children deserve permanency!REPORT COMMENTS
