So many foster parents are fabricating stories to keep kids longer for a monthly income. If they were following the standards that children be adopted after 15 months of 22 , I think that would stop children from being in foster care so long. -

I witnessed this time & again as a foster parent. I wish the rights of these innocent kids would become more important than those of the biological family who'd abused/neglected them. These kids become more damaged/scarred emotionally the longer they're in care. It's a fact!!REPORT COMMENTS
