This was to be a safety net for the hopeless and helpless. It has become a scam and as stated removing a child from the home does do damage to the whole family. Parents feel lost, child feels un-loved, and most of all the rich people get kids who are not even their own.REPORT COMMENTS

My daughter had her kids ripped away from her by her father who claims she was using drugs. She passed every drug test and she still does not have them. He has gone so far to have her kids call them Mom and Dad. I am not even able to speak with them. Someone should look into all their cases. Corruption at it's best.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS. I thought they were supposed to help children in danger.. Now I know better.. False acusations made against my daughter.. My daughter went to the office to clear her name with my grand daughter.. Unfortunately my grand daughter had took a spill the day before.. But we thought once they interview her and take a look at her they will be able to tell that she is not abused..Wrong!! The case workerwas like "Let me see her for a moment, and talk with her". She took her that moment no questions asked!! Its corrupt to say the least!!REPORT COMMENTS

CPS has basically done the samething to my daughter in law and son. Took their daughter for over two months before giving any written statement, there has not been any court date as of yet. They have attained a lawyer and now after two months they-CPS want to make a plan to bring her home.. WTH is going on that they can ruin a family and not be held accountable for their actions.REPORT COMMENTS

After my granddaughter made a false accusation, CPS did not properly investigate the charges, but put her in foster care. She has tried to refute her statement, but CPS will not allow her to do it. Her social worker has not once done what she has said she would do, and which the court has ordered her to do. The child ran away from her 3rd foster home and the caseworker has lied to us about when she left and that she would file runaway report. I am sure the caseworker does not want to make herself look bad. The court-appointed atty. and the caseworker colluded with each other regarding getting counseling (also court-ordered) for the child. The child is now missing, and I do not believe the caseworker knows where she has gone. None of the judges seem particularly interested. In these hearings, no one is allowed to speak except the CPS workers and the judges. It is a very corrupt system which is ruining our lives, and apparently the lives of many others. I believe my grandchild is nothing more than a paycheck to them, as well.REPORT COMMENTS
