My father Arthur Charles Pine was murdered in his home in 2007. He served this country for 31 years. I can prove he was murdered in New York State BUT they will not do a thing about it. I was told NOT to contact them again. I have the murder weapon, a US ARMY BATON issued to him when he was stationed in FT ORD, CA in the 1950's. I found it in his bedroom, hidden and covered in blood. It was a botched and dirty "crime scene" there was NO 911 call that day to the call center. I was never interviewed by Senior Investigator Bourgeois though he "claims" he telephonically interviewed" me. That is a lie for I would not know this man if he stood in front of me. The DA's office of Oswego County NY (GREG OAKS) tells me three years after the death that my father did have a left side head laceration! Three people had means motive and opportunity. It was an unattended death. Greg Oaks refused me an autopsy and a toxicology report telling me NOT to de-sanctify his body. I trusted him. I received a bogus Last Will and Testament. Yet, DFAS did not see it that way. I have Dads medical records from the Syracuse VA. that the neighbor used a medical device to transmit a bogus blood pressure of 88/57 on Thurs, July 19th and she did NOT call anyone, she left him. Colonel Ellis gave me a "time-line" which proves the truth. They killed him and beat him so hard it knocked out his upper plate (teeth). I have the pictures of the SCENE- the enhancer shows blood spatter all over that the naked eye could NOT see. My father was NUDE. Dad was also wearing a "life-line". No call for help went out. Dad died laying naked on a wooden floor bleeding to death. I never found his clothes. I want JUSTICE for my father who is buried in Arlington section 60 lot 275. Please wont someone help me? I have saved every letter and e-mail. A NY ATTORNEY has refused to help me. I have already contacted Graham and Demint they did nothing. The Governors office did nothing, How can a daughter stand before her father on sacred grounds knowing he was murdered and Justice has not been served! My husband is also retired military 30 year master-chief (submarines) and he is 100% behind me for he witnessed it all with me. Please wont someone help? Yes Tracy this has changed me in ways I can't explain either. My Dad changed his accounts taking off the people who had the M,M and opportunity. Its all about greed and jealousy. Please I need help to break through the "wall of red tape".REPORT COMMENTS
