Fallbrook, CA. Child Protective Services came to my home in 2008 and removed my children due to "their belief that I was a perpetrator of domestic violence against my then boyfriend." Shari Medeiros came to my home at 5:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon after allegedly receiving a report that I had abadoned my two children at the house while I went away for 3 days. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, I left my children in the care of my boyfriend/father of my kids, after 2 days of him physically and emotionally torturing me. He turned around and claimed that he was the victim of the physical abuse to get himself out of hot water. And the sad part is, the stupid CPS worker actually believed his sob story which was full of lies. Mind you, I am a mere 5'0 ft tall and weigh about 105. He is almost 6 ft. After ordering me to go outside while they talk to him, they told me not to scare my daughter Haylee, who was 3, and tell her bad things about CPS. I said, "What the heck are you people talking about?" So we were outside my apartment for almost an hour, while they got "his side of the story" , the first part of their reign of terror over me. I finally got upset, and came back in the door, when they yelled at me, and the social worker said that she believed I was a husband abuser, and a neglectful parent. After listening to him rant and rave about what a terrible mother I was, a husband beater, terrible neglectful parent, and a horrible housekeeper. His ploy was to talk so much trash on me, that they would decide that he should take custody of the kids with him to his parents house. That backfired on him, because they said, if I was so terrible why didn't he file for custody, call the cops, and take the kids away from me. So he got the kids taken away from him too. They were snatched up by the social worker who cared not to get any of their clothes, shoes, diapers, etc. Into the car they went, and off into Polisky Children's Center in San Diego where I was unable to get the contact info from the social worker for 3 days. When we had our Team Decision Meeting it was a absolute witchhunt by my ex's family, and sadly my parents as well. He had done a great job convincing the world how terrible I was. The meeting was a joke. The social worker, and the mediator almost sent my parents and his parents home for verbally abusing me, and showing favoritism towards my abusive ex. I went outside crying and the mediator said that she wouldn't tolerate any more of their abuse and would dismiss them if they did it again. Well they did it again, and again. Only threats were made. None carried out. And they did their hating on me for another 2 hours. The next day, the CPS worker came to my house and asked me a lot of questions about my mother and my childhood. I told her I didn't want to answer her for fear she would use what I said against me. She asked me why my mother hated me so much, and if I had been severely physically and emotionally abused as a chilREPORT COMMENTS

my TWO daughters and son were stolen right out from beneath me. WIth my middle child her first doctor wouldnt file neglect so cps told us if we didnt switch doctors than she would be taken from us and the moment we switched he filed the 3200 form and she was gone. with my seven month old the took her right out of the hospital and terminated my rights shortly there after. this has to stop there tearing families apart for no good reason and those children need to go home to the families that love them and had no reason in the first place to be stolen escpecially in the STATE OF MI. EVERY CASE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FULLY AND THEY WILL SEE.REPORT COMMENTS

My daughter was given in adoption to a documented pedophile. The man has been married 5 times at age 38 and one was a fifteen year old. The man was involved in a adulterous realtionship with the child's mother, impregnating her and to cover it up they hired a contract hit man to murder the adopted child's father. After this failed, they hired the County Attorney/Associate County Judge who represented them in divorce and adoption proceedings. This attorney was also the instructor at the college of the Para Legal Course of which the woman was his star student of the night classes. She was also attending the after class cocaine partiesat the attorney's home. Family Law Court Attorneys and judges are the bottom feeders of the legal system.REPORT COMMENTS

At 29 yrs. old I finally decided to settle and make a family. After dating the same girl for over a year and her now 5 yr. old daughter beginning to call me 'dad', I wanted to commit. CPS came from nowhere and took our girl like thieves in the night while her mom was in the hospital. After 5 months of following every order given to the letter, there is still no clear end in sight. Due to following her pro bono lawyer's instructions, she has pled guilty to crimes and wrongdoings never committed. They are denying homeowning, gainfully employed and drug free people rights to their own children for their own personal gain and interests. Our girl has been permanently afftected by this terror, as well as her mom and I. When you have personally witnessed them leave BLATANTLY unfit parents their children, what else can one think other than "Who's watching the watcher?".REPORT COMMENTS

I believe my civil rights have been trampled on by the CPS in WV. It is literally quilty until proven innocent. My and my 5 yr. old childs rights have been trampled on. THey took my child based on hear say no facts. But for 6 months ihave done everything they've asked and still no return of my child, no hope. She's failing school because she wants to come home. For almost 4 weeks I have not seen or talked to my child because of nothing i did but just because they decided. They ahve gave me no chance to refute the "evidence" agsinst me. Schedule hearings a week in advance and tell me at 5:00pm the day before. Also, I understand that every child they take their department gets money for and far more when they don't return the child. My CPS worker has known and disliked me since I was 5 yrs. old, but that doesn't matter that shes discriminating against me. Nor does the same CPS worker tell them she used drugs up until she went to school. Something needs to change Some parents really do need their children taken. Then their are others who don't and we're all treated the same. No rights. No help. No one one our side. And because of these actions the childs life is forever changed in a negative way, and they never think about them again. It's time for things to change. I am a victim of CPS. Their own documents contradicted each other, proved their lies, which they admitted to, committed perjury in court, while judges turned their heads. I lost my baby, for no reason whatsoever. I was a poor, separated white mother in Fla. Today, my baby is 20, was deserted, abused, and molested by those they allowed to adopt her. She is totally out of control with serious issues as a result of what CPS did to the both of us. I was not an alcohol user, nor a drug user, let alone addict or abuser. Taking a child away giving her to an acholic father when as the mother I am getting help for pain pill addiction that the Dr's prescribed. I am getting help but it isnt good enough that I have clean tests. Putting her in a home with a father who drinks and lied in court saying he doesnt drink under oath. Social worker cnstantly threatens me I am afraid to get any medical help she calls them and soon I get phone calls I am no saying I am no longer welcome in their clinic. The worker has tryed to get me banned from getting help anywhere. This agency should be investigated and made to follow the law and the constition of the United States.REPORT COMMENTS

my 3 small granddaughters were stolen by the state of NC. Harnett County to be exact. I have proof my son and the girls mother were lied on and no one here wants to listen or proved wrong. I have pictures of my oldest granddaughter with what appears to be a black eye and a bandaid on the side of the eye that was given to my son by one of the foster mothers. I was told I was "crazy" because I demanded to know what happened to her in the foster home she was in. I was lied on in court and never allowed to testify. I can prove all of this. I've tried numerous times to contact the Ombudsman in Raleigh,NC but of course I'm still waiting for an answer. I want justice. I can prove all I'm saying in the courts own transcripts where it was pointed out to the judge that the CPS worker was telling numerous different accounts of alleged instances. He overlooked it.
