There is corruption in Pasco County, Florida. Judge William R. Webb and Eckerd Community Alternatives have went to far destroying children and their families. Eckerd Community Alternatives Caseworkers are nothing but professioal liars who cause nothing but strife and confusion for families in the their system. The only interest they have for the children is to take them away from their families, especially grandparents, put them in foster care and then adopt them out. The children and families are taken advantage of and they don't know what is going on. My family and I have been a part of your sick games and have caused grief and a lot of trauma. ECA was founded for the best interest of children and to help families reunify. Caseworkers are a joke they twist stories around to make the whole family look bad. They don't work with families to help unification. You just take the children away from the parents for life and cause them mental problems along with your corrupt rules. ECA and Judge Webb are taking parents (especially grandparents) rights away in your Mickey Mouse courtroom with your silly TPR trials. They have terminated way to many parental rights. The trial attorney never wins. If the parent volunteers to give up their rights so a family member can adopt the children the rules change. The family member, grandparents, lose the child to adoption to someone else. I would like Judge Webb to explain that to us. If anyone is really interested in this you should read the story of the Hagerty's granddaughter. This is a case of the parent's signing their rights away so the grandparents could adopt. Then Judge Webb would not let them adopt her. Judge Webb return the Hagerty's granddaughter to them. Judge Webb thought he could do the same with my son. Because of my husband and I we will never let that happen. My son loves his babies with all his heart and worries about them. What you and ECA did in court was just very wrong to alot of us. On December 8, 2011, you disrespected my son and the Director of the rehabilitation center where he was staying. When my husband and I went before you to file a motion for visits it was denied. Judge Webb disrespected, humilated and called my husband names. He would not look at any paperwork we had. Then your caseworker Mindy Morris stood up and told you Judge Webb we took advantage of a visit in the office that was totally untrue. I was then turned down by Judge Webb because I made a bad judgement being married to my husband. We have proof the audio tape for that day was altered. Well, since you don't want to know the truth Judge Webb here's the truth. That is a violation of our First Amendment. The truth is my husband and I were running errands in November 2011 when we received a call from the mother asking if we could give her a ride to the ECA office to visit her children. The month before she got there 10 minutes before the visit was over. She only has one hour a month visit and as a motREPORT COMMENTS

Madison County, Indiana family courts are the most corrupt I've ever witnessed. Same way with the local CPS. They're covering up child molest and accusing the father of coaching his 3 year old daughter of saying things that she would know nothing of. That's caused the daughter, who used to live with the father, to not see her father for 2 years and the court lets the mother get away with not complying or bringing any information that was subpoenaed twice,and let her attorney get 4 continuances. So, in the meantime, the mother still gets to exploit the daughters money and be a bully, and cover up something her oldest son has done to her youngest daughter.REPORT COMMENTS

MY STORY: I am a distant cousin of Michelle Obama (via Ora Higgins of Chicago). I am in court now in mercer county nj (princeton / trenton). My judge is (with all due respect) the incompetent / corrupt Judge Catherine Fitzpatrick. CORRECTING PRIOR EMAIL : Risk assessments showed I have NO mood disorders according to MMPI-I, yet psychologist recommended supervised visitation, bc judge imposed it due to the fact I took my son to the doctor (doctor validated all my concerns about wife's abuse but judge is friend with wife's, lawyer so I was punished for protecting my son) Psychologist has never issued a recommendation contrary to a judges order. as a result my wife refuses to select supervisors that cost less than $800 a month and I don't get to see my kids. Also wife's lawyer violated court order for child support distributions from my trust fund... Judge agreed that lawyer broke law /violated order. When I asked for the money ($5,000) be put back in trust.... Judge said no she can keep the illegally obtained money (my money)! ... By state statute judge fitzpatrick had 15 days to grant my wife's motrin to garnish my wages, but eater than follow the law, and order my income reduced / me homeless... She simply decided not to issue an order, even though I didn't oppose it (i stipulated to the statute without opposition). 7 months later my wages have not been garnished... No order was issued. Now I have gone to court three times to demand my own garnishment, but the judge pretends that she doesn't know why there is no garnishment, she told me to check with probation... Even though she knows she didn't issue an order!REPORT COMMENTS

I lost my son and he has been adopted to my adopted foster mom who abused me growing up and was the whole reason a case was opened up on me to begin with. I didnt know what i was up against and was wondering why the situation was even happening or why they adopted him so easily to her. now she continues to be severely verbally abusive to me and I am trying to get my case heard in federal court to hopefully get my son back so i may part ways with my foster mom so i can end the abuse. as long as she has him, i will not be able to justify keeping her at a distance so i may protect myself from the abuse because I love my son too much to ever turn my back on him. i already blame myself for everything that has happened already even though i know that none of this was my fault. so I am signing this petition in hopes that my cries for help may be heard and I will finally get the miracle I so desperatly need to be able to bring my son home and be able to put this situation behind me. so to whoever reads this i please ask that you please contact me uf you can help me in any way. until then I will be praying endlessly.REPORT COMMENTS

My daughters are suffering because of Judge Harter in Las Vegas who went against a professional's recommendation and proven "Parental Alienation". Now my oldest daughter is contemplating suicide and my middle daughter has shut down emotionally due to massive emotional abuse in their Father's home. Now my daughters are 12 hours away in Colorado and not even CPS is getting involved. The system should be about preserving families and protecting our children.
