The unjust actions of CPS need to Cease and Desist Immediately, Families, Parents, Children, and Grand Parents are being violated in the most vile of ways at the hands of Agencies and Courts whose very job is to protect and up hold the constitution. What's going on is a Disgrace and anyone in office whom continues to ignore these facts should be ashamed! -

I have seen first hand how CPS and its social workers abuse their power, intentionally lie, manipulate and threaten to get their way. My best friend is under attack by these horrible, vicious, predators!!! We are fighting tooth and nail to keep her 1 1/2 yr old daughter from being adopted out and her 6 month old son from being sent to MEXICO to live with his fathers family. The child is a US citizen his father was an illegal immigrant and the mother is a white american. The case started when the father stalked and then assaulted my friend. He hit her in the head with a bat while she was holding her daughter. She was knocked unconscious, in broad daylight, outside her home. She was taken to the hospital against her will and her daughter was taken to polinksi. The report stated that there was no family willing or able to take the child. Not true at all. The son however, was not taken. The husband was bailed out by his boss and the boy was given to HIM.!!!! Followed by the daughter who isnt even biologically his,AFTER HE ASSULTED HIS ESTRANGED WIFE! He also lives with 3 heroin addicts and has a previous charge for posseion of an illegal substance! The mother has no drug charges yet with just the word of the husband, was now being accused of using drugs. Then my friend was told her daughter tested positive for meth, and that she must have been using around her. MIND YOU THE CHILD HAD BEEN OUT OF HER CUSTODY AND WItH HER STEP-FATHER FOR OVER A WEEK!! Come to find out the documentation supposedly from the lab confirming the positive drug screen was forged! The child was never tested there nor anywhere else. They have gone as far as forging a fake posotive drug test!! How scary is that?!? This can happen to anyone, and just the thought of them coming after me is horrifing! Through our own vigilante research on DHS and the soical woker, it became very clear that my friend is not alone....not alone by hundreds of thousands. Something needs to be done but parents are so afraid to speak out for fear of retaliation on their own families. And rightfully so! There is so much corruption with this state run system, its perverse! Please help change the system and help protect these poor parents and their precious babies!REPORT COMMENTS

YES CPS is just a scamm and continue to take kids from happy, healthy, safe homes and put them where they clearly do not belong, They are not only hurting us they are damaging our kds by removing the from their norm and/or routine. It is another "kids for cash" scandal and they are trying to make their quota so they could receive more money and more money from the government. Corruption and LYING social workers!!! They removed me from the home for no reason, kids were not at harm or in danger and lied and fabricated evidence against me...they are liars and cheaters and disgusting...someone should stop CPS from destroying lives...I never really believed those parents who said they didn't abuse their kids until it happened to me...they are mongrels, someone has to stop them and get an Ombudsman who can actually do something. Alaska is no better. I have a friend who's kids mom, attorney margaret rodgers, and judge lyle has been able to take the child from the father and have him babysitted and around a documented woman abuser, child abuser(put pillow over daughters face to stop her crying), and more. The mother of my friends child is the one who submitted all of those courts documents against the man and now takes this child around this man who also told my friend he would kill the child when he was 3 months old. Attorney Margaret Rogers and CPS(one sided investigation that disregarded any of the dangers from mother) along with judge lyle have violated constitutional rights such as first amendment and false threats to their lives( i know I was with him while Rogers accused him of driving next to her and threatening her life when in fact he was with proof/evidence at walmart and myself on other side of town. He exhausted the system trying to correct the wrong all the way up to the AK Supreme court who in turn has disregarded his evidence of the mother and her ex's child neglective/dangerous past saying the appeal process will be followed instead of removing the child from danger. It is horribly frightening that the dangerous people who are the highest risk to the childs life can have custody with no evidence against childs father. All facts/evidence blatantly show documented purgery, slander and much more by CPS/AK court(judge lyle) and Margaret Rogers. They will never be held accountable and forced to do justice until U.S. makes them. What is this BS amunity??? That is partly why they are above the law. Except when they violate constitution...but where the people who are supposed punish them for that??? I am scared for all Americans and I hope if I have a child and the children they have are never put through this.DO THEY THINK ABOUT THEIR OWN CHILDREN AND THE FACT THAT THE SAME THING THEY ARE DOING TO OTHERS CAN BE DONE TO THEM???? With justice and Karma their day will come and I pray they get what they deserve ten fold for all the harm they have caused to the innocent children and their parents.REPORT COMMENTS
