Most of those who signed this petition, would agree, the hassle in switching jobs while the I-140 approved is to restart the whole process again. And again at the mercy of the new employer's policy on sponsoring the visa. I am sure most of us have let a good opportunity go, because of undergoing this hassle. If this petition is approved as a rule/law, that would be relief for the employees and employers equally, As the employer can have more options while hiring, and vice-versa.
