This amendment would be helpful for thousands of people who have suffered a lot due to the massive backlog.

I think applying for EAD/AP/I 485 with out the dates being current for approved I140 is good for US economy as there are good number of opportunites and companies are not able to fill these positions.

This is a no brainer. These I 140 Approved human beings are ripe fruits for the US Corp to be absorbed since almost all have the necessary US experience helping to solve the business and IT problems across various verticals inside the Org. US/IT : We have a problem. I 140 approved: We know how to solve it. US/IT: Welcome in.

. Granting EAD to the H1B visa workers with approved I140 will add more fuel to the US economy. 1. Industries such as Auto, Mortgage, Banking, Oil, Retail, Utility, and Other Consumer markets will witness extra money in the market. 2. This will create self reliance within the US economy. 3. Import will be reduced 4. Outsourcing will be relatively low and local employment rate goes up 5. Provide an option to Foreign Deficits 6. US Competitive edge in the global market will prevail. 8. More Entrepreneurs and Businesses will belong to the US economy. 9. Keeping H1Bs without green card or EAD is a crime of encouraging middle men and bench warmers making money and creating scope for jobless to make money as parasites. 10. This act will allow the US companies to identify talents and communicate directly and bring more transparency to employment. Currently, 1000s and 1000s of H1B workers are undergoing "Employment Discrimination" without proper pay and market wage for IT jobs. May the POTUS bless on us!!!!

Please allow us to live as freedom same as Birds fly in sky as freedom. It will also allow us to save our time at native place visit during vacation by not having stamping process again and again at native place.
