Waiting for GC for about 10 years, is a big obstacle for the one who want to grow ,if someone apply at the age of 30 ,they get GC at 40+ , for this period everything is uncertain , till 40 you have to do same jobs with out any promotion ,some time Boss may take advantage of it by paying less than they worth.Give us freedom to grow , Also consider at 40 most of us have grown up kids and dependent parents to takecare.REPORT COMMENTS
