Tech skills change frequently. Why aren't these companies re-training their current tech workers in any new technology which the company has decided to implement instead of saying no U.S. workers have that particular skill? It is so they can hire H1B visa workers. Disney isn't the only company laying off tech workers in order to hire H1B visas.
