A Florida Sheriff's Deputy was shot and killed today, while serving a "domestic violence injunction" with NO TRIAL, NO DUE PROCESS, and NO EVIDENCE of ANY kind!!! Simply an ACCUSATION of "domestic abuse" with NO RISK WHATSOEVER for FALSELY ACCUSING! ALL prosecutors LITERALLY REFUSE to prosecute the FALSE ACCUSERS! That is, of course WHY it happens SO OFTEN! Contact the Dept. of Justice, Civil Rights, Special Litigation section and tell them to do their job! They only take emails... of course. There needs to be something in place to stop this. My brother in law is going through being falsely accused of domestic violence in Louisiana he and his wife are working on getting divorced. Gwen's law. He left his house with his children (the police allowed him to do this)because they did not suspect DV. No marks nothing. The next morning she went to her local courthouse and filed a DV petition. An arrest warrant was issued with no investigation and he was put in jail for five days. I will do whatever it takes to get this stopped. It's wrong and not fair. What happened to being innocent until proven guilty? He is now on unpaid suspension from work and no contact with his children. Something has to be done. Louisiana has a law that says anyone who wants to get a divorce must be seperated for 365 days if you have children nobody wants to leave the home in fear of losing custody of the children amongst other things. This law does not make it easy and forces parent's to live together in an environment that isn't comfortable for anyone including the children. Who can afford to move out and get another place when two incomes are needed to support one home. If anyone can help or get me in touch with someone to question about the laws and how to help him get would be great!REPORT COMMENTS

This has got to stop. It's a waste of taxpayers money and time. I lost custody of my kids to a woman who knew how to manipulate the system I had no voice in court to protect myself I paid for a lawyer she had no lawyer and got custody of my kids during the divorce she knew that there was going to be a divorce coming up and concocted this situation so she can have a foothold on my kids this is a grave injustice to every man in this country to good Father everywhere and the children that have to grow up without having a father figure in their life. on that note I implore the powers that be the US government the local laws the state laws if there's accusations of any violence or of any sort and if these accusations are proven to be falsethe charges be brought up against the individual lying under oath in a court of law then only will the truth be known in this system.REPORT COMMENTS

I am living proof that this is true. My children and I have been apart for three years now. I have not seen them nor am I able to contact them. My children are now 14 and 16 years old but at the time we were torn apart they were 11 and 13 years old and I had been divorced for 9 years. Let me repeat that for you. I have not seen or talked to my children in three years. I have never abused my children or my ex wife. I have never threatened anyone nor have I implied such things. I have never been arrested or ticketed for abuse and there is no evidence of any abuse either. My children and I are the victims of a vindictive ex wife and a very corrupt group of officers of the court. I have the evidence to prove the following accusations are true. The petitioner has committed perjury, made false statements to police officers, and she is mentally and emotionally abusive to our children. The petitioners Attorney, ex parte communications, conspiracy to commit fraud, concealing evidence, making statements to a judge knowing they were false, inappropriate contact with, acts of mental and emotional child abuse. The GAL for the children, unethical practice of working on behalf of petitioner instead of representing the children, providing me with false documents of her recommendations, conspiracy to commit fraud, and ex parte communications. The Judge engaged in ex parte comm, many violations of due process, violations of procedural processes, conspiracy to commit fraud, abuse of judicial discretion, violating my parental rights, discrimination, concealing evidence, condoning and assisting in mental and emotional abuse of children, denying me the right to an attorney, and fraud upon the court. Laws like these that are commonly misused must be addressed immediately. By doing nothing you are promoting the abuse of children. If you want to know the reason why there has been such an increase in violence in this Country over the past couple of years, in my opinion it is due to frustration. The people of this country are frustrated with the police, our courts, our prosecutors, our President, and our elected officials. I am not saying every one of these people are bad but the percentage of bad ones is getting higher all the time. When a man is put in prison and has served twelve years of his sentence before someone discovers that the prosecutor in this case had destroyed almost all the evidence that completely exonerated the man that was convicted, It is obvious that the prosecutor should face severe consequences for his actions. The idea that anyone could justify ruling this behavior is protected by immunity is beyond comprehension. In Wayne County Michigan, Judge Wade McCree was suspended for a maximum 6 years for misconduct that included lying under oath, intentionally violating Constitutional rights, Making false statements to police, and many other crimes. The Michigan Supreme Court ruled that he could not be sued by his victims aREPORT COMMENTS

I over exadurated my story when police were called over a heated arguement. Didn't tell the whole story. Now my husband is being charged with feeling trespassing among other thing. No one will hear my story. No one cares that I lied about some key components. I have no voice. Instead of protecting me, the system has made me another powerless, voiceless, victim of "the cycle of violence!" I will stay by my husband's side through this all, and learn better ways to deal with problems, no thanks to them. And never again will I fail 911. EVER.!REPORT COMMENTS
