Whoever wrote this, I totally agree with you - Indian IT company CTS is the worst misuser among the lot. If the cases are scanned , more than 95% will be fraudulent.People want to migrate to this great country because of the transparency and fairness of the american system. There are genuine ,hard working and honest people who have been waiting in the queue since long but its' sad to see how fraudulent people misuse this category to get ahead of the queue. I agree there will be genuine cases but i am sure they will not count for more than total 5% of EB1C category. An investigation on all approved/pending and ongoing cases should be demanded along with strict restriction and scrutiny for the EB1CREPORT COMMENTS

stop this eb3 to eb2 porting also.we spent thousands of dollars pursuing higher education in US and completely risked our future.these people just start a job with a bachelors degree and try to get GC with 5 years of experience by porting to EB2 and pushing back the US graduates.they had no loans,no risks and why in the world should they get the benefit first.they are really abusing the system.adding to this these manager positions are another mess.some of them are genuine but most of them are fraud.REPORT COMMENTS

There is no need of an elite category for managers. I am sure there are plenty of them in local US market.REPORT COMMENTS
