I am requesting congress to stop abuse of EB1C visa. Companies like Cognigent and TCS bring nameshake manager. They are ordinary developers or team lead but not managers. I have US Masters from Penn State university but due to my company policy inspite qualifying in EB1C category applied in EB2 category. Result I haven't yet received my GC. This absolutely makes a lot of sense. Infosys, TCS, Wipro and other Indian IT companies are abusing this provision big time. In some cases, this provision is being used in lieu of a better compensation and offered as an employment perk/benefit. There are people who have got their green card using this in less than 6 months with no wait time.REPORT COMMENTS
