Williams 685 North State St. Hemet Ca 92583 951-282-5296 Nicholewilliams12@icloud.com To whom it may concern: I am filling a claim on 04-25-2014 against the Department of San Bernardino CPS overseen by Ryan Berryman SSSD. My Claim as follow: -Discrimination against myself as a victim of Domestic Violence, my children were removed under the fact I had been assaulted by my now separated husband whom was arrested prosecuted. I was also discriminated by my negligence of a substance I was addicted too. -The Department failed to provide me with any ?Services? to keep me WITH my infant newborn child and two other children. I never received any documentation of these services or a receipt after my four day old son, Ryder Dyson Creighton was wheeled out of my hospital room by the ?responding agent? Christina Morales. This occurred at, Loma Linda Children?s Hospital on 04-21-2014 at 8:30 pm. I painfully maneuvered myself, recovering from an Emergency C-Section due to Preeclampsia developed at 38.5 weeks, to use the restroom. I pleaded and begged for accommodations to my newborn?s needs for myself and I, but was refused and found no common courtesy in this ?agent? humored by triumph. I was told, ?of course your clean junkie, you?ve been stuck in this hospital for the past four days?! I was treated with disrespect by this Department from that day forth. -Case Files Documented and distributed to myself, San Bernardino CPS Department, 3rd. parties involved, Juvenile Court and Public Submitters have been falsified, continuously changed to correct their mistakes too commend my children?s apprehension or ?Detainment?. I actually had a ?Mediation? conducted on 04-18-2014 at 8:30 am with a new case manager, Maria Weiss, whom had not been the ?responding agent? who had taken the report/responded to my hospital room on 04-19-2014. It was overseen by a Mediator named ?Sarah? to brush all the allegations and mistakes the department had conducted on my case under the rug! This followed a presentation to the Judge as the case worker and public submitters appeared justifiable in their actions. Not to mention ALL these documents were signed improperly, forged by unauthorized governmental officials to who have not taken an oath before the courts. Entailing the prudery, falsified documentation presented to everyone I involved, me, 3rd parties, courts, public submitters and Department of San Bernardino CPS. The Slander to which these allegations were documented and founded on these case files are what have had my children Detained and restrained from myself. The substantial amounts of harm my children have sustained and are continuing to endure are preposterous and unjustifiable. I Will further alliterate at appropriate time with records and documentation. -My privacy rights have been violated by a company the department has engaged me with. sometimes a child may be angry and falsely accuse just please another reletive thinking it will all be easy and benefit from ridding the family of the person who asks them to do a simple chores....chores...is why cps took my children,...even the one who falsely accused me for the second time...REPORT COMMENTS

Cps took my son and put him with his dad temporarily. I did everything they asked and they did not give my son back and he hates it at dads and wants to come back home to me....its been a year and both my son and I cry for each other everyday!!!REPORT COMMENTS
