If you have an open unjustified CPS case you need to call mr. Paul Gaines the supervisor of the CPS office in Riverside County he will get the ball rolling, there is also another site about bad CPS social workers fabricating lies submitting them to the court documents um there's a pro bono lawyer in San Diego that has already 1 of 5 million dollar lawsuit against Riverside County CPS office!!! This same scenario has happened to my family! So please read, please sign this petition, please share this petition, whether you have children or not know your rights and the Fourth Amendment because once CPS comes in your home it's too late damage is already done! The only thing that can protect you and your children or your families friends children is knowing your rights. So educate yourselves before you have to experience what millions of others have had to experience over fabricated lies that social workers from the CPS office actually get bonuses for every child they remove from the home, they have quotas to keep in order for them to increase the amount of federal funds each state gets depends on how many children are removed from the home whether they need to be removed or not!! especially in Riverside County California -

To the grandmother of my three nephews their parents are drug addict my mother was watching these children from the time they were born and now the father is getting out of prison that has molested one of the children the mother actually never showed up for court my mother their grandmother is the only one that showed up for the court date and they have ruled her incapable, we would called the FBI if somebody else kidnapped our children why can we do nothing about Riverside County CPS office in removing many children as they want for a stupid stuff like children riding their bikes in front of bus home with in a mobile home park fabricated lies Beyond comprehension I agree Riverside County CPS offices must be stopped family removing children that don't need to be removed some stable loving homesREPORT COMMENTS

Unbelievable cases where we as foster parents were deemed unsuitable after housing 6 kids for the past 1-3 years. They make up lies, claim unsanitary conditions for an ant trail or the kids wanting their beds on the floor instead of on frames. Huge success stories for each of the kids, yet CPS doesn't like strong, educated foster parents parents who challenge their authority or attitudes of superiority. We will file our civil suit if the system isn't revamped soon.REPORT COMMENTS

Cps took our kids two months ago and is telling us we won't get them back until we complete a 10 week parenting class. They are allowing my one year old to call his foster parents mom and dad. I barely get any calls from them and can only have visits when it fits the foster parents and not us.I'm working an got a three bedroom and still being told we won't get them back for six months or longer. We've done everything they've said and are being tpkd our kids under five will be adopted after the six months. I'm scared to death. They need to be stopped. Its truly disgusting how what one person says can have a huge say so on where and what your children are and should be. If they even s poo ent more then 2 minutes talking to you at a time then maybe they would be able to make a real report without lies. But they never have time for you if their caseload was so huge they could actually focus on each family and truly help them with what they need, rather they not and just lie and think they will get away with it. Iv been fighting cps for 2 years BRIANNA KNIGHT removed my children 2 years ago one day cps worker came to my home demanded a drug test i gave her what shr asked for brianna knight took it out side did the test then came back into my home without the drug test and told me i was dirty for drugs i asked to see it she said no she wad taking my children one week later i did a hair follicle. And it wad clean they removed my children BRIANNA KNIGHT stated because there was drug use no there wasnt it was all lies the worker lied about everything that was in the report my children where so close and these people seperated all of them i have a 12 year old and 7 year old with disabilities. And i never see my 12 i havent seen for 1 1/2 years because the foster parent wont bring her to any of my visits the have took my services in 2 months because they want to adopt them all out iv done a program i have a job im clean i did parenting meeting counseling and i have my faith in god i pray to god my babys come home i love my babys with all my heart and yes this is not right at all they need to stop being able to come remove are babys because people are making faulse reports my mother in law calls all the time just to be mean sense cps has had my babys they have been molested abused mentally physically stressed very bad this is not right it has to stop there was a time in history where the kids where are future not they are just $signs and thats not why we had are babys theses are blessing from god that are taken from bad people god bless us all keep ur faith.MARY SULLIVANREPORT COMMENTS
