I was in Riverside county foster home. Was placed in a home in SanBernadino county with a gand house. I was later give liquor and molested by the father who was not to be in home. Reported it was never asked if I was ok or needed to see a Dr. Then just released at 18 with no help. Many years pass my brothers son was taken by then I had been with husband for 13 years 2 beautiful kids graduated with honors for Dental Assisting. I requested nephew placed with me and was denyed with no cause. Went with mother, brother, kids and ex sister in law. My nephew came for holidays and was ordered to be returned the workers ignored judges orders for several months trying to wing him from us cutting visits, phone calls. Then the unthinkable the ordered him to be adopted out that is wrong I am his blood Aunt watched him come in this world his one and only Auntie Shannie. My daughter and him are a year and 4 days apart they where close. Everyone makes mistakes as far as the parents but why should his 5 siblings and rest of the family lose him as well. Please please stop them from doing this. Over the past 6 years I have talked to over 50 workers and between both Riverside and SanBernadino county they say they have no records of him at all. I ask how to you take a child away from family and lose him with no records. I should have rights as well being his blood Aunt. His name is Joshua Joseph Mogavero born 4-24-2003 in Corona Ca please help me find him and stop them. This is a crime.REPORT COMMENTS

They took them from their mother who reported sexual abuse about the father, and gave them to him ( the perpetrator) because at 5 and 6 they wouldn't say anything... they have high functioning autism. Cps took my lil boy and step kids because my wife had a asthma attack and her oldest son called 911. When they showed up she couldn't speak or anything. I was not home at the time and was told I also was neglecting our kids. We have been doing everything they told us and our lil bpy is still tooken by cps and my step kids have been taken away from my wife and have been granted sole custody to there dads after never being there for them. After filing a report with cps to help us protect my 4 autism spectrum grandkids from an abusive father (who my daughter was in the process of trying to get a divorce from) they turned everything around on my daughter because of a lying munipulative abusive husband who is very charming. I caught him naked with the little girls 5 and 6 and that's what made me realize there was something going on with the little girls. he has a history of 18 years plus of pornography addiction . So instead of helping us to keep him away from my daughter and the kids, they took his side and took the children from us. It has been 6 months and they keep changing workers and starting over with each worker. They split my grandchildren up. they have put them in group home with teenagers that have horrible behaviour just because the children have high functioning autism. They've changed the little girl's foster parents four times because of abuse in 3 of the homes. Talk about feeling helpless because of the power these inexperienced biased people have someone has to do something. Please God do something.REPORT COMMENTS

me and my family were accused of starving my sister and mistreating her. This has been going on for over six months. She was taken with out any warrants. We have complied with everything we were supposed to and they are now trying to revert back and make it even tougher for us. I don't understand why this happens to families. I have finished substance abuse ,anger management, parenting ,counseling have gotten more than good reports have been testing for 14 months no dirties my social worker is terminating my services because me and my girlfriend had an argument during the counseling sessions were I just ask my girlfriend to leave and she did I also test before my visits and my social worker put me back on random she screamed ate at hemet Cps office twice a few weeks ago and I was still calm and respectful I also inform her that foster mom had picked up my stepdaughter by her arm and slammed her against the chair she didn't respond to my call so the following week when I had to drug test I talked to her about the baby which is 2 could have gotten shoulder dislocated if someone could investigate what percentage of children Mrs Santana doesn't return to parents even though they show improvement you will find she is a heartless soulREPORT COMMENTS

We are going through the same issues with the Hemet CPS dept. With my Granddaughter. The Social Worker has made a false report against my daughter and when i called the Supervisor all she said was to have my daughter contact her Attorney. The Social worker is making no effort in trying to keep my grand baby with her family. She keeps pushing adoption while my Daughter is doing everything to get her daughter back.REPORT COMMENTS
