The experts on the common core validation committee warned that the standards will leave our children two years behind in math and only ready for a two year college. I'd say this moves us in the wrong direction. Stop pretending you love the emperor's new outfit and help us fix this mess for the sake of all children everywhere.

My child went from loving to learn to stressing about writing number sentences. This curriculum is not helping kids, it is teaching them how to take the MOST stels to solve problems. Shouldn't we teach efficiency?

We know Pearson donated to the white house but as a father, one would hope Obama would want to help us get our kids out of harms way. The emotional abuse these tests are causing is nothing short of horrible. Start listening to educated professionals on this and stop listening to the selling points of those who want to profit from sellongselling worksheets and tests!!!

This untested national coersion of Common Core is unconstitutional and harming our children. It needs to be stopped. Put the control back where it belongs, locally.

Children and teachers are not pawns in your political games. Stop fraternizing with Wal-Mart, Gates, Kochs, British company Pearson, and all others who are trying to dismantle our system by privatizing it. Crooks. Stop funding privatization with my tax dollars. Crooks. You all make Nixon look like a saint.

Our poor children are being labeled as failures as young as 5 and 6 yrs old. The madness needs to stop.
