I believe it to be very short sighted to reallocate these 64D airframes to the Active Component. Currently, we are drawing down in Afghanistan, supporting operations against ISIS, conducting counter terror operations throughout the Middle East and Africa, preparing for Russian aggression in Eastern Europe, renewing our defensive posture in the Pacific and trying to find a solution to better secure our Southern border.
