I am totally in agreement to give random drug tests to all Welfare Recipients. Drug testing is in many jobs and it is legal as well as right. Welfare is not a lifetime privilege in the first place and if someone is able to work, do community work for the welfare money. Our country needs to be cleaned up before all of it looks like the Harlem area in Chicago, and Illinois. People on Welfare are like prisoners and lose any dignity and self respect without a will to do better and become complacent. Pres. Regan made a difference and we can do it again.REPORT COMMENTS

I believe that the testing should be required for all, not random. If the recipient fails the test, they should be responsible for the cost of the testing.
