I believe that you should start random testing on all of those who receive both food stamps and welfare. There are so many people out there that are abusing the system that receive both welfare and food stamps and do nothing but stay at home all day and do nothing. I know countless people who try to sell their food stamps to get money so they can either buy beer are drugs. It is not fare that those we applies for work have to be testing but those who receive free money and food money has to do nothing but sit back and wait for their free money to come in each month. Please start drug testing soon, before it gets to late and our country becomes "BROKE"REPORT COMMENTS
