I have terminal chron's disease and collites. I also suffer from chronic pain and chronic migraines and sever anxiety along with adhd. This should be passed like neighboring state. Marijuana should be legalized because not just because of chrons but all the cancer patients. And other people diseases that can benefit from this. Plus the state can benefit financially. I believe Marijuana should be legal in the state of Indiana because it has no known health risks, people could benefit from it medically, it would cut down on the crime rate as well as save Indiana all of the money it spends to prosecute those who have small possession charges and so fourth. It would also bring in alot of tax revenue for our state just like Colorado and other states that have legalized recreational use, the tax revenue could pay for things we desperately need as communities and as a state like education and to help with the herion epidemic. There are so many reasons to legalize recreational use of Marijuana and literally no reason at all not to! So pass a bill to legalize Marijuana in 2016!!!REPORT COMMENTS

I just gave up my pian pills after 17 years because medical marijuana helps with more than just the pain I was about to go back up the ladder maybe even see another pain Dr my last is in prission for killing people with to many drugs so please just leave me alone let me do what works for me may not be for every one but on day 4 with no pills in me but a bottle of them in front of me its the same way I kicked my oxy's that pain Dr said no one stops taking them until I did I shook and sweat and smoked a lot but I did it I got to tell him I quit and he laughed at me so I threw the full bottle of pills at him and watched him freak out apparently you can die from it but that's what heroin was doing so again please help us I'm not asking for anything more than what worksREPORT COMMENTS

I know several people in other states that have completely cut out their use of prescription pain pills and anxiety medications because they are able to smoke Marijuana instead. I believe it would save lives if people in Indiana could legally use it. It simply isnt going to happen in Indiana, there are too many entities such as Lilly that endorse our governor "mike pence" as well as 50 yo prejudices that are evident today. I myself have epilepsy, my doctor insist on a xanex supplement to make up where the other medicine doesn't take care of, The medical industrial complex cant compete against all natural, "working" alternatives, so they will do absolutely everything in their power and pocket book to influence the decisions of our states Governor and his colleges. Its sad, i wrote Pence on my concerns on Medical Marijuana and got nothing but a forum letter condoning the use of illicit drugs. We think that marijuana needs to be legal for anyone that feels the need to do so. If not just for a bad day. Its not right to turn people like us into criminal. Just because we feel the need to partake with marijuana. I mean my husband has ptsd and a few other one's. Instead of taking pills that his doctor gives him he smokes marijuana instead. I must tell the true so do I.instead of drinking and getting in a car and hurtting anyone or are self we sit at are home not hurting anyone but Evan knowing this if the police ask to come in are home we will go to jail or maybe prison for something like marijuana. It helps alote of people we know to they are just scard to come out with it afraid of losing there place of power to the lawmakers. Do what's right and legalize for anyone over 21of age with a I.D. It would be more money for the city's instead of to the drugs dealer's but just know at the end of the day we are adults and we are going to keep smoking marijuana no matter what. IT HELPS nothing going bad in Colorado they are doing it they really are doing it we drove 2600 miles just to have the rights to smoke marijuana it was a long long long drive but it was the best 4days we ever had you know for it to be a bad drug everyone down there was so so so nice have you seen what they get in taxes a year Just from weed but then we had to go back home and be a criminal for doing the same thing we got to deal with very very nice people to get are marijuana and here at home in Indiana we get are weed from man with guns it's not safe but that's what we are willing to do to get marijuana so give US the right's that we should have had the whole time so how can you not give it to everyone because of my god your God and everyone one's God gave it to US and yet alcohol store's on every corner and it's man made. We are finally willing to come out with what we do to try to get are New lawmakers to fix the mistakes of the old lawmakers before them made if everyone came out and told the truth you would be surprise who and how meney do smoke marijuana but they will never tell the truth afraid of being a made a criminal but that's all we got to say for now me and my husband has been put in jail for marijuana and turn into criminal that's all we got to say for now but it's as if they are not willing to listen to anyone got has to sayREPORT COMMENTS
