I am a Type I diabetic who depends on insulin to survive. The inventor of insulin did not care for profit as he sold his patent for $1, wanting it to help save lives not make money. I believe we should go back to these ideals and not allow companies to profit off of life saving cures. Especially those that have been around for a century. If I can't afford my medication I will literally not survive. This is humanely wrong on so many levels.Sep 22nd, 2016Someone from Cheney, WA signed.

This is ridiculous. Either lower the cost, or, make a generic brand. We can't live without insulin.REPORT COMMENTS

I have Type 1, and it would make my life a whole lot easier if the medicine I need to live was more affordable. I just graduated college so now that I'm paying for this on my own, I realize how much my parents have given up for me so that I can live. Stop the price increases. In fact, lower costs. Doing that would help my budget and help me afford the other things in life I need to pay for. Make my medicine affordable, please. This is something worth fighting for.REPORT COMMENTS
