My son was about to graduate high school and was never in trouble when he got caught up at the wrong place at the wrong time. After three very expensive and long trials they gave him life without parole. The gentleman that did the crime got the same but it was overturned and he has been free five years after he stabbed someone 26 times. My Grandson had 3 trials first two were hung juries. The 3 was sentenced 2 life sentences without parole. While the actual killer had 1 trial same sentence life without parole was paroled 4 years ago. Now this is not fair.REPORT COMMENTS

My nephew is in prison for being at the wrong place at the wrong time. A male he knew killed a kid and my nephew was in the vacinity. The murderer is now free and my nephew is still locked up. Justice makes no sense and Missouri needs to correct their judges on what guilty really is.REPORT COMMENTS
