My brother was young and made a mistake of joining a gang. He was convicted of murder. He was on the run for ten years during this time he changed his life around until he was arrested. He was living a good life put everything behind him and did good. He was turned in by exgirlfriend not by committed other crimes. He has been in prison now 10 years with zero write ups or problems within the prison system. He is a changed man and we at home know he is a good man. My brother would ultimately be deported after his punishment is over. my boyfriend is a first time offender he was framed for murder it was not him at all it was his ex girlfriend who had murdered his child she died on his watch though she had shaken baby syndrome and he did not know at the time what shaken baby syndrome symptoms were at the time she thought that she was just sick but in the morning she was gone so now he is serving 13 years for something he had nothing to do with JAMES L Harris Junior I miss him so much and so does my daughter.REPORT COMMENTS

If you're going to put someone in prison and then later release them back out into society, then don't allow them to get institutionalized. An institutionalized person that is released back into society has a higher percentage rate of committing a ( another ) crime than just about anyone else, just so they can go back inside. Inside the prison they know what is normal and how to act. They become reliant on that environment and know that environment only.REPORT COMMENTS
