In other words, if the whales are murdered, human suffering will surely follow. The ability of a few to be permitted to decimate a population of sea life highly regarded as intelligent and sentient beings to the informed and educated is and will be considered an atrocity by all future generations. Stop this vile plan , please, we ask you, what good will allowing these permits without review create...the answer...none.
