I think it is time to back off.This way of life is not life at all,it is just a way to kill everything in sight.I believe that it is enjoyed,buy our gov. as well as the others around the world. This is getting to be total out of control. God or what ever your god is called put this earth together so that there was balance and harmony and man has done nothing to keep it this way,he has done everything in his power to destroy it. and I'am a shamed of all of you. It would be great if there was another planet found then all of you could move there and kill each other and leave the earth to people that love nature and would take care of it as it was meet to be.All man knows is fighting ,killing and destruction you should all be a shamed of your selves. So the US Navy is asking the USA for permission to destroy sea life that doesn't "belong" to any specific country. Why is the concept of "sharing" so difficult to understand? How about balance? Our species has shown over and over again that we are best at destroying environments and usually pretend that it was an unavoidable accident. With regards to the appeal process being taken away from the general public locks out the majority and thereby could create an unfixable problem that can't go to a plan B.
