Just as we determined slavery was not a part of the Constitution that fit our modern age, so I think we need to reconsider that guns in the homes of a modern society that is not under occupation should be reconsidered as part of the Constitution. There is NO reason for the average American citizen to own an assualt rifle or high capacity magazines.
