1 year ago we lost our 6 year old daughter and was forced to go back to work or lose my job. Mentally i was not ready nor emotionally i was not either, my loss of concentration and motivation could of gotten myself or someone in the plant injured. We need the proper amount of time off work to start going through the greiving process, when it is your child it is the end of the world, and no one but you should have the right to say you are ready to go back to work other than you.REPORT COMMENTS
