This should apply to federal convictions as well, for federal convictions do not conceal the felony even after a pardon is granted by the president, it simply states that you have been pardon. We need to fight for the equal rights that all AMERICANS deserve regardless of past mistakes. I got a full pardon years ago after I got out of prison, got my degree, got custody of my son back and I have been a model citizen for close to 20 years yet I can not get a decent job because of my record even with the full pardon due to that is the ONLY THING THAT DOESN'T SHOW WHEN SOMEONE PULLS MY RECORD!!! I have always thought that this is so unfair and why did they give me a pardon if no one but me even knows of my accomplishments!!REPORT COMMENTS
