Dear Congress and whomever reads this, I beg of you not to take this lightly, and please vote on this with discernment...This is very important, extremely necessary in our country! We have too many pets in our shelters dying every day and this needs to stop! Greedy people breed for profit and some breed out of ignorance...and because of this, many pets linger in (lonely scary cold cages with cement floors) in shelters and are killed by uthanization every day. Also very bad people are breeding pit bulls for fighting, this all needs to stop now! I've visiting many shelters in different cities in my state of Texas, and it is one of the saddest sights you will ever see! Many people never see shelters so they don't know how bad the problem is...the problem is horrific!! Please I beg of you to pass this law. The animals have no voice, we have to protect and take care of them.REPORT COMMENTS
