Please protect one of our greatest natural resources, the SONG. Songwriters are being shortchanged by our current digital platforms that refuse to pay the artists who create the art. Don't let the huge companies steal from the regular musicians any longer.REPORT COMMENTS

The situation we songwriters and music publishers find ourselves in now is more than unfair and unjust. It is a crisis; It is a form of legally sanctioned theft. Because of this outdated law, we have been forced to watch music services generate huge revenues from the use our songs, virtually free; While we, on the other hand, are just supposed to accept this elimination and devaluation of our livelihood. Again, this ridiculously outdated law allows music services to use our goods and pay almost nothing. If all businesses operated that way, there would be massive outcry and chaos. This grossly unfair situation and outdated law must be fixed - immediately. Thank youREPORT COMMENTS
