Lupron, Leuprolide needs to be taken completely off the market immediately with out delay until "Protection Law" is implemented!

This is truly disturbing to me as I have had 3 seperate trials of lupron therapy for endometriosis over the years, 6 months (with no add-back therapy), 4 months (with only 1 month of add-back) and the last of which was just 2 years ago was 3 months (with no add-back therapy). I wonder if this could possibly have any direct correlation to the development of further auto-immune diseases such as fibromyalgia? -

I took Lupron in 1991 at 21 years old. My Dr wouldn't let me read the side effects because she didn't want me to worry about the side effects; she wanted me to focus on healing. Sadly, when I finally read the side effects 18 years post Lupron, I was a perfect text book case and I had been telling her my issues for years.REPORT COMMENTS

I have always been a happy, well-adjusted individual. While on Lupron, I suffered horrific panic attacks, once even thinking I was having a heart attack due to intense anxiety and accompanying chest and left side pain. i was on Lupron for many years. I was placed on it due to my endomitriosis. I felt horrible while i was on it and was only using it to see if it would help my condition, but it made it worse.I did not know this medications was and is so bad for us. We need some kind of compensasion.REPORT COMMENTS

Lupron has been the worst game changer in my life! The side effects that the company warns you of are nothing compared to the hidden problems of the drug! The pain from this medicine is far worse than the endometriosis pain I had. The symptoms are longer lasting and make me feel like I have the the body of an 80 year old when I'm not even 30. I strongly urge other women away from this drug if I hear they are possibly going on it. Lupron needs to be done away with once and for all!! The Lupron was life changing and the worst side effects ever! I had such bad reactions worse than the pain I was already suffering through with Endometriosis. If I hear of someone being told to be put on this drug I tell them "NO" don't do it! These type of drugs to stop periods to help cure endometriosis DO NOT WORK and studies are being shown now. Lupron is poison and they need to pull it off the market and do real research in how to find a cure not just prescribe medicine that doesn't work!REPORT COMMENTS

This medication has faulty research behind it (how can you trust research from the company who made it, not doctors!) the company pays doctors to tell other doctors its great for endometriosis when it reality, it doesn't help the disease or the symptoms and in fact makes us sicker. I'm still suffering from the side effects and lasting health issues from Lupron treatment I underwent 3 years ago! This stuff is poison, help us so this doesn't happen to other women.
