The lottery system is very unfair for people who have graduated from here. A mere 20,000 caps for international students sounds like a slap in their faces especially after all they've put up with. Have a look at the way permanent residency allocation process works in countries like Australia and Canada. They take the person's skills into account NOT a LOTTERY.
