Illegals receive more consideration and benefits than people who have worked hard to earn a pension. WHY!!!

Without the added offset from Social Security I cannot retire and live on my retirement pension alone.

i have worked my entire life so that i may receive social security and now that i work for a town over 10 years i cannot receive what i AN AMERICAN CITIZEN BORN HERE can not get. There is something very wrong with this system. Illegals are receiving my benefits but i can not.

Most government employees(excluding elected officials) are under paid to begin with. Most union and other type pensions do not affect Social Security payments. With the cost of medications and everything else that retired seniors are faced with, I believe that this provision would just be another hardship in our seniors trying to maintain a halfway decent lifestyle. Trust me. Speaking from experience retirement is not easy without this added burden being placed on them. Thank you for caring.

I have paid into 2 separate pensions systems -Social Security from my years int he private sector and the MA Pension Fund. I should not be pealized by losing 60% of my Social Security. It is not oduble dipping. If I had known this upfront, I would have stayed either in the private sector or the public sector my entire 50 years of working! And, I still have to work becasdue of that windfall clause-until I am at least 70!

Do not penalize people who worked many years paying into Social Security and many years as a town employee. Totally unfair. Please change this law.
