If I managed my finances the way you people in D.C. spend our taxs dollars, my house, car, trucks would not be paid off,and no credit card debit. And I would not be retired. No,but hell no on this bill(hr4646) I'll remember you dirt-balls at the voting polls

Please do not take what little I try to save. We must have a checking account to pay bills. These funds would be taxed twice, once upon deposit of funds and then again when check is written. This is borderline, if not downright,Communism.

We don't need any more taxes at a time when so many people are still in recovery mode.

Do let this bill pass. Isn't it enough that the people did not benefit from the billions given to the heads of banks or automakers; isn't it enough that our homes are not worth what we owe on them; isn't it enough that we the people barely make enough money to support our families or send our children to college? It's got to stop. Government must stop putting the financial burden on the people. Start with vetoing this bill!!!!!!!!

As a senior soon to be on a fixed income I am shocked that our senator, congressmen and presidential cabinet would allow HR 4646 and all the hidden items that will severely reduce the income of everyone in this country. I am saddened to think that this bill will pass without the American People voting on it vs. a senate, house and presidential vote. This is my mind stripping US citizens of their voting rights. Also, from what I read we are taxed when we put money in, move in within the same account, make withdrawals to buy groceries, purchase goods and services at at that transaction point are again taxed. I fear my tax liability will far exceed what we currently pay under the current income tax system. I do not think I should be taxed on my insurance and also have to pay for others to have insurance...Who every thought this made good sense. I would love to see the numbers.

Please stop this bill. I have a suggestion on saving money, and bringing the indebtedness down. Stop paying the peoples salarys that have left offices,pres.etc.,no more body guards,no more insurance paid for by us,let them pay for their own .Let them pay into social security like we do,watch the indebtedness come to a halt. God Bless America
