People are shocked to learn for the first time just HOW animal control "controls" the animals ... they are calling the animal to the attention of a death sentence! Ethical shelters do all they can ... but it's Puppy Mills that are inhumane and greedy and cause an over population of unwanted animals. There are plenty of humane solutions that managers of the ASPCA, Best Friends, Alley Cat Allies and the Humane Society (to name a few) are all too familiar with to help out where needed.REPORT COMMENTS
