Please allow H4 visa holders of spouses with pending GC application to work. Long wait times for GC is not our fault.REPORT COMMENTS

I think it is in the best interest to everyone to give the work permit to the spouses of H1 who are on H4. Many suffer just sitting at home just because they don't have work authorization. It is always good to use talent for development. I request you to look into ASAPREPORT COMMENTS

I think its not a justice for most women in a society where we see man and woman equal but when come to these rules they can not work as they are wife of H-1B and it disturbs the family life. As she is skilled and working before moving to US and it made her dependent in all ways and that not good. If someone can not work and earn money they loose their freedom as your are not going everyday for work and you cannot go out without a reason every day.REPORT COMMENTS

This is my 6th year as a H4 older. My husband is a a skilled H1B holder. Not being able to work has caused a finicial burden to my family as we only have been able to live off one income. This does not encourage highly skilled workers to remain in the USA. H4 holders can also be highly skilled and can contribute by paying taxes. Many times we have thought about going back to England.REPORT COMMENTS

My company was unable to file my I 140 on time because of which I have to stop working after a month or so. This is affecting my professional and personal life in a big way. Please approve H4 EAD, so I continue to add value through my skills.REPORT COMMENTS
