This MUST STOP! Family court not recognizing parental alienation as abuse and not holding perjurers in contempt, allowing the slander of one parent by the other with no consequence, are not acting in the interest of the children they believe they are protecting. In addition, any guardian ad litem should have special training in the affects and seriousness of parental alienation. A Psychologist should be mandatory in these cases and every resource made available to families to help them work together in the best interest of the child!

Depriving children from a grandparent, is also child abuse!

no child nor parent should be forced to stay away from their parents or child unwillingly , the pain and suffering of loss can affect them for years into the future. Why do the courts make decisions that harm innocent people? It seems that in most cases the person with the least amount of money to pay a fancy lawyer looses every time. How about the rights of the innocent, the best for the child, and fairness. Shouldn't a decision be based upon that??
