This is for my son that I haven't seen in over a year. What was my crime? Filing for child support was my crime. However I am now facing false allegations by my ex. Due to the trauma bonding my son is baking up his father. My son was completely removed from his home, from his school he had been in since kindergarten, his friends he had known since preschool, and his doctor he had had since the day he was born. Most importantly, he has been removed from me and his brother. He has been placed in the home of the abuser. I have been denied my right for due process.REPORT COMMENTS

I had to face two years of loss, no contact for no reason, other than being a caring mother whom, was working and attempting to divorce a man whom would not work a honest day of his life, off the books and or anything under the table, as for the manner of using the system to saying he was a stay at home father to gain my children, whom I the mother love, well two years and I now have to face not only parent alienation to a man whom beat me for over 14 years, with help of his family, but the death of my son, whom I will never have the chance to hold again or hear his voice, in little less than two years of being placed in the care of only his father, my son is dead. No justice, no justice, and now I grieve endless with out closer.. thank you for allowing him to get away with holding my kids away all this time, a woman attempting to keep safe , stand for her safety and keep her children separated by false judgements on a man whom has faced years of batter and criminal arrests... where is the justice, Staten island supreme court should be reviewed and the judges removed...REPORT COMMENTS

I absolutely and totally agree it is a despicable crime against innocent children. It seems like no one is listening or doing anything to help them. The loving parent is not heard by the authorities or believed. Thousands of dollars are spent on therapists and parental coordinators, but they won't stand up and testify against the alienating parent. The alienating mother is a pathological liar, and I believe a sociopath because she really doesn't care what she does to my grandchildren. I just don't understand how anyone could do the things and say the things she says to her own children! All of the family suffers. Consider how confused as an adult, you would be, to have everyone you've known and loved suddenly gone from your life forever. You add the rest of the problem and this child is completely confused and so are the rest of his family. Sometimes they are moved and never see their family again. The principles of many nations are to pull the family together that includes extended family. As a grandparent, to not know my grandson is awful, but what's worse is watching my daughter crumble day after day. To see her eyes open in the morning and suddenly the doom hits her, and all of the years of her childhood run through my mind. How she was so happy, never met a stranger, and how bad she would get her feelings hurt if she hurt you or if you told her no. To not be able to hold your child and comfort them because they can't comfort theirs or see theirs. It rips my heart out and I can only imagine my little man wondering how many more moons are going to go by before he gets to see his mommy again.REPORT COMMENTS
