I am currently suffering through this with my child's mother.this type of behavior is unacceptable.the fact that the state of Texas allows this immorality to exist in their legal system.just shows that corruption in the legal system.the fact that the state profits off of child support cases.wich in itself is unlawful and should not be allowed as it interferes with a parents human rights to raise their child.the department of the treasury (executive branch)has no legal stance to create laws.and have those laws carried out through the the judicial branch.this is not a country that has debtors prisons.throwing a man behind bars for failure to pay child support is just that.but it's not because the man owes the child.its because he owes the state.the laws do not take heed to the human relationship between a parent and their child.they do not create or sponsor an environment for healthy mental,spiritual,or emotional development of a child.the current system damages families and destroys lives.this must end immediately. -

I believe that my three stepsons are victims of this. Their mom is trying to completely take them out of their fathers life, by falsifying the truth in court. Also she made it so the children are afraid to do anything with dad (Attending church with us). new jersey teacher;asked to take my 8 year old; learning daughter into her home;(1976)"to study her behavior closer."d.y.f.s. appeared in her place;8/25/77.i have a letter from assignment judge patricia k. costello(2012;in reply);that stated:"the teacher filed for legal custody of your daughter;in the presence of your atty.; december8th,1977""your parental rights were not terminated.we were to reappear back in court;november30th,1977.i had twin sons;aged 13;in my care at the time;all children were mine biologically.i was a single mother;had no family in new jersey.my sons were on aid for dependent children.i could have notified.teacher was awarded temp.custody;on no legal grounds; august 25th,1977;of 3 months;and i three months supervised visits;although d.y.f.s. never presented any evidence i was unfit.i still have all papers from 1976 to 2012;when i contacted assignment judge costello(2012);from courts; that i contacted from 1977 to 2000'pro se;and all civil actions were dismissed without being heard.i was denied due process.the teacher hid my daughter after my visits;for 22 years before i relocated to n.y.c.;and took my sons west near relatives;because the teacher took the s.s.i i had been getting for my daughter(1979); and the aid for dependent children was closed the same year;leaving us homeless;moving from county to county;where welfare was terminated in each county;until we were forced out of new jersey.i found my daughter in 1999;with the help of raymond t. dutcher;agent of n.c.i.c.;n.y.c.; and senator donald t. francesco;and learning disability of new jersey;living apart from the teacher in morristown,n.j. in 1999.i wrote the police hdgt.there they replied.(still have their reply;reply from senator francesco;and the learning assoc.of new jersey)police took i and a relative to my daughter's address.she was not home;only her room mate.(we believe she was told not to be there).she called back before leaving. my daughter told us she could not meet us because she belonged to an"organization" that she named.after returning to n.y.c. i called back to morrristown;and asked a private det- -ective abut the "organization;"she named.i found out it was actually a residential building for in and out patients;who have intellectual disabilities.since finding my daughter;i and the relative have tried to call her;but each time we try;since 1999;she hangs up the phone.i have tried to get help from essex county legal services;the american civil liberties union.in 1970's all refused.i got help from an attorney and councilman;louis j. silverman;of philadel- phia,pa;where i relocated from.i visited him in person.mr silverman owned property my brother lived in;at the time;is one of the ways i met him. he told me to contact the attorney;who charged me no fee;in cherry hill;but decieved me;by telling me prior to the august25th,1977 court date;"take visitation;i am going to the attorney general's office befoREPORT COMMENTS

courts are infamous for making hasty decisions. How can an elevator that met with a mother and father 2 times determine whats best for the kids. Health insurance generally covers mental health. I would imagine that if people met with a therapist for 3-4 months a more valid conclusion could be met. But with everything they do the job half way.REPORT COMMENTS
