I'm currently involved in an extreme case of parent alienation and have not seen my kids since last June, expect for a 10 second interval in which they told me they never wanted to see me again. My last court experience was a nightmare. The CFI report, which was in my favor, was discarded. My son's father repeatedly lied on the stand, made MANY false accusations about me as a parent... The judge, in my opinion, turned a blind-eye. Once the court made its decision, my ex-husband went back to his abusive ways. My son continues to be damaged and clearly shows signs of PAS. Tue 5:54pm Let me see would you say that when a judge has a spouse who happens to be on the probation and parol office a possible issue of coruption. Since each and every case that judge issues probation or results inn jail time and when person is released they are placed on parol and the judges spouse over sees probation and parol does that show coruption. Just wondering considering probationcharges $45 monthly so the wife of this judge profits from her husbands case rulings. it for your self, this is occurring in the state of Missouri in the 36th district for Butler and Ripley county courts. The judge is Thomas Swindle and his wife is Angie Swindle and she has been a probation / parole officer supposable before her husband took oath as a judge for the 36th district in Butler / Ripley county courts. Bloodworth allowed those attorney to resigned quite out of retaliation on a complaint filed by the parents, then this judge Bloodworth denied the parents legal counsel, thus stalling on their case Arianna Rose Vick BT-JU00100 Butler county juvenile court Butler county Missouri thus Denial of due process by that judges actions, and also the poplar Bluff Municipal city judge being W Dean Million who is an acting attorney in this case committed perjury in front of every judge involved in this case by his statement saying the parents fired their attorneys whenit was documented the attorneys were allowed to resigned accepted by Judge Bloodworth, clear violation of Missouri State statuate when a complaint is filed on an attorney they are not allowed to quit . Oh how about when a Juvenile court judge appoints attorneys from an law firm associated with the judges family being Bloodworth law firm and the judge that appointed attorney Scott Dale from at the time Bloodworth law firm on or around June 2015 yet this same judge allowed this attorney to quit over retaliation on a complaint filed on this attorney through the Missouri discipline council due to unprofessional behavior of said attorney, as well as the attorney that represented the father being Keith French who told the father not to purchase medical insurance thus providing illegal advice. Congress enacted much needed legislation in order to ensure that the financial interests of America's children are enforced. However well thought out their laws were in enforcing child support, these laws are fundamentally unconstitutional. It is simply Un-American to provide for the enforcement of one aspect of the separation of parental responsibilities while ignoring the other. Annually, billions of dollars are allocated by the federal government nationwide enforcing child support orders. Every state has an agency expressly established and funded in order to ensure that non-custodial parents comply with court ordered child support orders. Visas are denied, Passports are revoked/denied, State licenses & certifications: including driver's, contractor's, realtor's, among other professional licenses & certificates, are routinely revoked or suspended. Wages are garnished, bank accounts are levied, tax returns are intercepted. In extreme cases non custodial parents are incarcerated. These authoritarian actions are commonplace practiced by local child support agencies; created and empowered by an act of Congress. Meanwhile, custody/visitation orders are seemingly completely ignored by federal statute. At least, in regards to laws established to ensure that America's children can have adequate time with their non custodial parents. Equally important, as is the financial responsibility parents share, is the bonding and nurturing of our children. An agency ought to be created to enforce healthy co-parenting. Psychological issues ought to be as important to our Congress as financial responsibility. We spend Billions on more frivolous endeavors. The one sided approach enforcing child support, while ignoring custody/visitation encourages custodial parents to thwart visitation with the non custodial parent. Our nation is sick with the fallout of broken homes & single parent households. Aiding our children by empowering agencies to enforce compliance to monetary support issues alone is ineffective & counterproductive. Parental love, guidance & emotional support are the keystones to rearing a well balanced child. It's time to fix what's broken.REPORT COMMENTS

I witness this on a weekly basis of my step daughter. It is court ordered that she has one phone call a day with her father, this does not occur due to her mothering telling her she can not call her father and that she will not call him for her. We have experienced several times her sneaking away with the phone for 5 seconds just to say hello and she misses up only to hear yelling at her in the back ground and her hanging up the phone. We have gone to court over this mater and she has even spoke on her own behalf but yet nothing has been done. This needs to change, children need to grow up with both parents when both parents put in the effort. We do not want her to grow to dislike her mother when she becomes an adult because she did not let her have a constant relationship with her father when he was trying everything he could.REPORT COMMENTS

I have a son that lives with his mom in Utah and I haven't seen him in 2 years. I have tried everything to get him out here but every year there is something that she does or doesn't do that keeps me from getting him. This year she has told me that I can't have him but for 2 weeks and she is not paying half of the air fair. She told me that she has signed up for alot of fun things and he just doesn't have time for me right now. then she goes even further and has him call me and tell me he doesn't want to be out here for more than 2 weeks because he wants to do all the fun things his mom has planned. He is 9 years old and she told me that she will not force him to spend time with anyone he doesn't want to. I can't afford an attorney. We need to put an end to these custodial parents using their child as a weapon because of their personal feeling for the other parent. Well here I lay another night at 3am awake with cronic pain and no relief. Er doc in my area offerd some great advice like exercise and diet but no relief???. I had my back and pelvis broken and also have neroprothy in my right leg from top to bottom. I can't walk without a cane and or a severe limp. But I'm to get on the floor and do crunched to help stranthen my back. Lol. It is a joke what is taking place and they would not put a dog through this but yet the cronic pain Pat's are asked to go through it. They are so happy that persciption pain overdoses came down but neglect to reveile the herion overdoses have gone up tremendesly. Believe me when I say it got to end. Been going on to long.my child is approaching 18, and I've paid $1200 a month,faithfully to benefit my child,not for her mother to get her own nails,hair,facials,and any other thing she desires at my expense.only to sit at home, and draw an easy SSI check,welfare,free health insurance,his at each and every tax payers expense.my duties are almost up,but I have yet to see my daughter for 12 long years!Regardless of the alienation,i will support my daughter monentarily,if she decides to go to college.I do not believe anyone's tax money should support her for school.as it is my responsibility, and hopefully,somewhere down the line someone has taught her the meaning of work,and to be self sufficient,and pay her own way.even though I should be relieved of my child support obligations soon,i would hope these laws are changed,and less men/ women should have to be alienated from their child,because the other parent is crazy,and use The child for their selfish games!REPORT COMMENTS
