I haven't seen my daughter in over 3 years and have gotten to speak to her maybe a total of 5 minutes which feels like he is handing her the phone much like in a hostage situation just to prove she is alivery and then rips the phone away. -

My son is going through court right now to see his son to be a parent to his son he wants to parent together she wants the baby to herself. It's just pure selfishness her own wants is more important to her then for that child to have a father and her lawyer is helping by asking the judge if she could move to another state because she can make a little bit more money.Money can't tuck a child into bed she owns her own home here-she has a good job here- and her family lives here. Her father owns his own home here. He leaves two months before she has the baby to find them a house to rent in another state they planned on sneaking away and living happily ever after. Thank God my son found out about it and put a stop to it by getting a restraining order on her so she could not leave the state. The next day she went and got a restraining order on him saying he was stalking following her from place to place and a few other things that wasn't so. He said he'd gladly pay for a lie detector test for her and him to prove who was really telling the truth. So for he has spent $8,000 on attorney fees and still can't see the end of this. When the baby was born she wouldn't tell him what day how much he weigh or even give him a picture of the baby. he begged her to let him see the baby even if it was at the police station and that he would even pay her if she would let him hold the baby. She had him and the whole family blocked from her Facebook. But a friend somehow snuck on her Facebook and got him a picture of his baby this is a damn shame and it needs to stop there is so much more to the story. We are all terrify that the judge and her attorneys will let her leave the state please anybody out there know what we could do to stop this we really don't know how he's going to rule but we have a feeling that he's going to let her move not for sure but is there anything we can do to stop this. He has growing up without a father and he so badly wants to be one. So he knows what it feels like not to have one he's fighting hard to be one. His father did not have a desire to be a father. His father was welcome into his life anytime he want to but he was too important to his self to careREPORT COMMENTS

This is a form of child abuse. Children grow up confused and uninsured who really cares for them. The narcissistic parent must be held countable for their actions.REPORT COMMENTS

It's time for the person creating the alienation to be held accountable for their actions as well as psychology issues they create to the child!REPORT COMMENTS

I'm a victim along with my kids. Divorce cases should have the same penalties as a regular court. Because alienating parents can lie and suffer no consequences. Thus creating a very serious emotional problem for the children. And all courts should be educated about PAS so this can be handled appropriately. Not only does it effect the children,it effects the parent that has been alienated just as much. I've been there and I'm there now.REPORT COMMENTS
