She is nowhere to be found when the Court has stated that My Son is to have his Children. It is definitely affecting my Grandchildren and they have voiced this. When these decisions are being made, it is of the utmost importance that a trial by jury be implemented, rather than leaving all decisions up to 1 judge who is likely influenced heavily by 1 social worker. Joint 50/50 Custody should be awarded to both parents by default at the time of birth and a parent should not have to go about knocking on the courts to award custody. I am a parent whose child has been abducted to India and I did not have a child custody order in place before the abduction happened. Today, my energy is spent on just getting a custody order established, rather than having to put my efforts into retrieving my son. It is like pouring salt over an injury for the system to reward the abductor while harassing me with bureaucracy at a difficult time.REPORT COMMENTS

The parent who takes gratification out of turning or keeping a child from the other parent (esp a great loving kind parent who child loved, trusted, and cherished with entire heart) then corrupting the sacred relationship overtime by using consistant sick and twisted measures is nothing but a vindictive jerk who seriously needs to be stopped, charged and then save that innocent child from further control and manipulation before it's too late. This is absolutely unbelievable. The family court in Shawnee county, KS has some serious issues with reacting impulsively and approving sole custody by default because the other parent was not there...knowing they aren't dead, realizing that 2 notices were sent and returned with 'not at this address' so parent was probably only absent because they never received word of this very important, life altering hearing-not because they felt they were above the law as indicated via court records then to seal the final decision, the judge shouldve reviewed any past files taking note of any past complaints/concerns to the court regarding alienating parent doing just that and automatically recommend a continuation and make clear that court was not to move forward until they get a hold of the absent parent and allow them their right to be there...because that would've been 100% in the best interest of the child. But no. His sister, brother and I haven't seen him since Aug 2011...Mar 2016 he turned 12 y/o and just recently someone blocked me from contacting him because i sent him pictures of us together. now everyones number has changed. I also pay $255 in child support. I want to help this movement please!!!!! I want to speak out and tell my story of pain, heartache, confusion, and the vile slander that has been said online to others about me abandoning my son. Are you kidding me...my son doesn't even live with his dad....he lives with his paternal grandparents. Please!!! I want to fight this with you.
