Thank you for doing this I was a stay at home and amazing father. my wife was abusing our child and in an attempt to cover what she was doing filed a false restraining order against me and has completely lied in family court. I have not seen or heard from my son in almost a year and this is the 3rd time like this now in the last 3 years. complete nightmare for my son and I .REPORT COMMENTS

In the case of my grandson, he was severely being abused, tortured and starved. When found he weighed 38 @ and temp was 92 deg. very near death. After fighting with DCFS in Lake Charles, La for almost 5 yeas, his lawyer suggested I hire a private atty to get into the court room. My 1st time in the Judge awarded him - custody to me within minutes and he went with me that day. The problem is DCFS. They have lied, covered up, broken state and Federal laws and their own policies. I have proof in any one is interested.feel free to contact me. I have gone to the top, I faxed 91 pages to the Secretary, suzy sonnier, the head of DCFS in Louisiana and it still seems to be going no where.REPORT COMMENTS
