    Not only will this proposed reduction in Radiation Oncology reimbursement negatively affect patients, it will also result in MANY free-standing centers being closed. A direct reduction of jobs.

    I am writing to express further concern that the methodology used for purposes of proposing the fee reductions have significant flaws. Utilization and occupancy figures do not match those of most clinical practices. These assumptions have resulted in unrealistic reductions in service fees.
