It's unfair that US Citizens that have worked decades only receive average $500-700 in social security during retirement but Cubans seniors arriving on this policy receive $700 without ever working in this country. This is ABSURD! -

Having lived in south Florida and having worked in the healthcare system I have seen the abuse. Cubans have taken advantage of. They have a network and know .how to take advantage of our goverment.They receive all that is available to them and often return to Cuba to live off of US money.
